Eve commented that in a lot of my art, people tend to have words seemingly spill out of their mouths. I responded that for me, the idea of words and secrets and things we say almost escaping or being expunged from our bodies are a very interesting and compelling visualization. I think the animated Oren-Iishi backstory scene in "Kill Bill" when the young girl lets out a whimper and then pulls it back into her mouth is definitely a major inspiration. Again, the idea of text and imagery going back and forth in this little sketchy quickie of mine.
